BOOKING PROCESS

Please provide the following details when making your inquiry:
Name, Location, Duration, Time and Date, along with any other relevant information. I prefer communication to be via text or email. I offer all new clients the option of a 5-10 minute 'face-out' video call to confirm my identity, once your booking is confirmed. I do work on a low volume basis, so booking a minimum of 48 hours in advance is preferred. I will accommodate short notice bookings if my schedule permits.


DEPOSITS

I require a 20% deposit for all bookings. To secure your preferred time and duration, deposit is payable via EFT or via Beem It. 

Please note appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has cleared. Remainder of my fee can be paid in cash or vie Beem It at the beginning of our date. 


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All deposits are non-refundable for 'change of mind'. In the event of needing to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required Monday-Thursday and 48 hours notice Friday-Sunday, to avoid deposit being forfeited.  Your deposit will go towards a future booking of the same length and experience provided the rescheduled booking is within 3 months of the initial date. 


In the unlikely event I need to reschedule a booking, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours, if an alternate date isn’t suitable.
